Grandview finishes 5th in State

With 10 state qualifiers, Grandview locked into the 5th place team spot in Class 5A early on and held it throughout the three day tournament that returned to the Pepsi Center in Denver after the one year change to Colorado Springs in 2021 due to the Covid 19 pandemic.

Max Kibbee led the way with a third place finish in the 195 lb weight class followed by fourth place finishes from Sonny Quintana at 145 lbs and Josh Allen at 170.

This is the third time the Wolves have finished in the top 5.
