ENTRY FEE
$12.00 for Western Suburban and Metro League wrestlers.  $14.00 for all other wrestlers.

REGISTRATION/WEIGH-INS
Payment and birth certificate must be presented at registration.  All wrestlers will be required to register/weigh-in on:
                                Saturday, January 8th, from 6:30 to 8:30 P.M.
                            or Sunday, January 9th, from 6:30 to 7:30 A.M. 
Registration/weigh-ins will start and stop promptly at those times. Do not wait until the last minute.

BRACKETING
All brackets will be limited to a maximum of 16 wrestlers.  NO DOUBLE BRACKETING.

COACHES MEETING/TOURNAMENT START TIME
Coaches meeting will be at 8:30 A.M. on Sunday.  Wrestling begins at 9:30 A.M.

AWARDS
1st, 2nd and 3rd place trophies will be awarded in each weight class.

TEAM AWARDS
Team trophies will be awarded to the top scoring team in each age division as well as an overall team champion.  Scoring will be as follows: 1st place – 10 points, 2nd place – 7 points, 3rd place – 5 points, 4th place - 3 points.  All wrestlers will score team points.

ADMISSION
Adults - $2.00, Children 6 to 12 - $1.00, 5 and under – free.

  • Round Robin for 2 or 3 in bracket, No Wrestle-backs, Quality Concessions (all day), Event T-shirts for sale

  • Team Competition and Awards. All coaches must have proof of insurance. Abuse and un-sportsman like conduct will result in ejection.

I-25 to Arapahoe Road, East for seven miles to the school (on the south side of Arapahoe Road).

DIRECTIONS FROM DENVER AND THE NORTH
I-225 to Parker Road, South to Arapahoe Road, East (left) for 3 miles to school (on south side).

As the parent, or legal guardian, of a wrestler, I understand that any sport has some natural risks and that the Coaches and Referees will exercise all reasonable care to avoid accidents. 

The undersigned parent, legal guardian or coach of _________________________________ give him/her permission to participate in the Grandview Open Wrestling Championships, and do hereby release, relieve and absolve the Grandview Wrestling Club and the Western Suburban Wrestling League, their officers, representatives and all employees of the same, from any liability for injury received by the above named youth.
