Novice is defined as wrestlers who have never wrestled in a folkstyle or freestyle tournament.  By this definition, a wrestler may have wrestled all last year with a club but never attended any tournaments so he/she would be eligible to compete in WSWL Novice designated tournaments. No Novice Division!   Chaparral High School Wolves Place 27 Wrestlers @ WSWL Championships (February 12, 2008) The Grandview Youth Wrestling team took 35 wrestlers to the Western Suburban League Championships and came away with 27 place winners, including 7 Champions. The young wolves have been working extremely hard and it showed in there performance.  Coach Ben Menzor has his young wolves wrestling great. Ben has done a great job with our 6 & Under, 8 & Under and 10 & Under wrestlers.  Coaches Joe Haney & Tim Vallejos have the older wolves, 12 & 14’s. All the work is starting to pay off with The Colorado Youth State Tournament just around the corner.
